Tebullient recommends Mint pennyroyal infusion, nothing better than refreshing the palate with this annual plant with an unmatched aroma and flavor and also the whole has a carminative effect (facilitates the expulsion of intestinal gases) and digestive, as well as an emmenagogue (regulates menstruation). In mild bronchial conditions it also has some action as an expectorant and antitussive (topically). It is used in infusions as a relaxant and is said to promote the expulsion of the placenta after childbirth.
It is not advisable for people who suffer from liver conditions.
